Happy B'day, Dad!

Here's the card I sent my Dad for his birthday...it uses the Pendant Park set (LOVE IT!!) I'll be doing a Night of Navy/Bordering Blue version of this card for the Make-n-Take for the upcoming Definitely Stampers 2 meeting in January....

Swirly Whirly!

This wheel is called Whimsy, but for some reason I always call it Swirly Whirly! I originally purchased it because I saw a Christmas card that I absolutely loved, but since I got the wheel, I haven't been able to find the card again and really don't remember the details of the card. So I decided to sit down and design some of my own cards....it really makes a statement when you wheel the card in Basic Black and use markers to color in the circles....

Christmas Cards Galore!

Here are some of the beautiful Holiday cards I received this year! The church card is from my mom; the angel card is from fellow demo Joan Buckley; the ornament card is from my downline Liz Frammarino; the adorable reindeer card is from my downline Michelle Hollings and the gold and chocolate snowflake card is from my downline Evelyn Rivera...they are all so beautiful!

One cute bag!

Here's an adorable pocketbook that holds about 3 cards (more if your cards didn't have any layers)...I made some of these for 'Thank you' gifts for the people that placed holiday orders with me and also for some of my daughter's dance teachers. It is really simple and quick. You can find the directions for most of the 3D items I make on splitcoasterstampers.com (I'm a really great copier!)

Brilliant Bush!

Here's another sample using my new set Pendant Park (I have one sample more to show!) I stamped the bush in Brilliant Blue (a color I always forget about!) and used the Chocolate Chip Marker to line the branches. This set is so great....the next sample I'll post will be a great card for men....

One More Christmas Card

Okay, Okay...here's (hopefully) the last Christmas card I'll post for this season (although last year I had a spurt of Holiday cards in January!)...I used my new set, Pendant Park, for this one, turning the bush upside down and making it into a wreath. I took a 1 1/4" circle and put a little adhesive on it and stuck it in the middle of the stamp, inked it up in Handsome Hunter, then removed the circle and stamped. Voila! A wreath! Stop by again to see another sample using the Pendant Park set!

SU!per Stampistas Downline meeting

Here's some of the projects we made at our last Demo group meeting...don't you want to join us? You can learn lots of cool stuff! Evelyn used a Sizzix Die to create a stencil that we sprayed with re-inker and shimmer paint and Michelle made an easel card. My project was the Crimped Diamond card. Sorry to Liz--her project was a cute Christmas Box that I filled and gave away before I took a picture to post!

Build a Bear Girly Girl

Here's a card I made using the SU! exclusive Build-a-bear Die cut...isn't she snazzy? Using this die is a great way to use up some of those small scraps of Designer Series paper that you've been hoarding!

Yes, I know it's December, but I'm just so sick of making Christmas cards! And I still have more to make! And I'm sick of red and green! So I decided to make an Easter card...maybe I should have made the chick a Christmas chick with a Santa hat??!!
